[Text precedes description of square]
28 From the Lion, King of Beasts and such as are of his kind; we shall proceed the end, to the Hart, Stag, and Hind, the timerousest of Creatures, being they are for Chase; and I do the rather choose them next, by reason that all the terms of Blazoning concerned in all Beasts and four-footed Creatures are in a manner terminated in these two, the Lion and the Hart; so that after them I shall need to give but few examples of contrary bearings of other Creatures, save only to give you the shape and for of all other Beasts remaining.
